"오래오래 재미있게 일하려면 어떤 방식으로 일해야 할까?"
모베러웍스는 일하는 방식에 대한 물음으로부터 시작했습니다. 모두가 '아삽(ASAP, As Soon As Possible)'을 외치는 시대, 빠른 속도에 맞춰 일하다 소진되어 버린 우리 모습에 변화가 필요하다고 생각했습니다. 모베러웍스의 ASAP은 'Soon'이 아닌 'Slow'입니다. 빠르게 해야 한다는 압박에서 벗어나, 천천히 자기만의 속도로 해도 괜찮다는 메시지를 전하고 싶었습니다.

“How can I enjoy working for a long time?”
Mobetterworks started off by throwing a question about ways to work. While everyone asked for things to be done ASAP (As Soon As Possible), we wanted to do things differently. Our definition of ASAP is not ‘Soon’, but ‘Slow’. We wanted to tell people that it is okay to slow down and get things done at your own pace.
