Mobetterworks Brand Book — FREE WORKERS

2021년 노동절을 기념하여 RHK 출판사와 함께 모베러웍스의 브랜드북 <프리워커스>를 출간하였습니다. 1년 반동안 모빌스 그룹이 실험한 일에 대한 이야기를 담았으며, 출간 1시간 만에 2쇄 확정, 종합 베스트 셀러 1위, 경제/경영 1위를 달성하였습니다.

Commemorating the Labor Day of 2021, Mobetterworks published a brand book <FREE WORKERS> with RHK Publishers. It contains a story of the journey of Mobetterworks’ experimentation with work over the course of one and a half years. Within the first hour of publication, it made it to a second printing, and became the best seller in overall and the economics/management category.

프리워커스를 위한 8가지 질문

모베러웍스가 생각하는 '프리워커'는 일하는 방식에 질문을 던지고 스스로 일하는 방식을 찾는 사람입니다. <프리워커스>는 '지금 어떻게 일하고 있나?', '어떤 태도로 일할 것인가?'와 같은 8가지 질문에 따른 목차로 구성되었으며, 부록으로 MoTV의 인기 시리즈 <현실 조언>의 인터뷰집과 모베러웍스가 큐레이션한 '프리워커를 위한 10권의 책'도 함께 수록되어있습니다.

Mobetterworks’ definition of ‘free workers’ is someone who questions their prduction methods and pioneers new ways of working. The content of the book contains 8 key questions about work including - ‘How are you working now?’ And ‘What kind of attitude do you have towards work?’. Real work-related advice from MoTV’s popular <Real Advice> series and a list of book recommendations for laborers are included in the appendix.

MoTV 출판 일지 시리즈

책 주제 선정부터 책 표지 디자인, 마케팅까지 <프리워커스>를 출간하는 과정을 모두 모베러웍스 유튜브 채널 MoTV에 공개했습니다. 책의 제목 또한 MoTV를 통해 모쨍이들과 아이디어를 함께 주고 받으며 선정했습니다. 출간 이후에는 <현실조언> 명사 9인의 인터뷰를 담아 책의 추천사 영상을 제작했습니다.

The entire design and publishing process, from deciding the title of the book, and designing the cover to marketing, has been uploaded to Mobetterworks' Youtube channel MoTV. The title of the book was chosen after exchanging ideas with its subscribers. After its publication, a promotional video was created containing endorsements from the 9 interviewees from MoTV’s very own <Real Advice>.
